Meet Our Owner

A Louisville native and longtime retailer, Katie Meinhart has spent years building businesses rooted in community, personal style, and the belief that shopping should feel welcoming and fun.

After years in retail, Katie opened Six Sisters Boutique, growing it with the help of her family into a beloved NuLu destination. In 2024, she expanded her vision with Paxton’s Men’s Clothing, creating a dedicated space for men’s style in the neighborhood.

Today, those two chapters come together as Paxton’s Provisions—a new kind of neighborhood shop that brings together apparel, gifts, home, and everyday finds for the whole family.

For Katie, it’s not just about what’s on the shelves. It’s about creating a place people enjoy visiting, discovering something unexpected, and feeling a little more connected to their community.
