Holiday Return Policy
Any purchase made now through December 24, 2025 qualify for our Holiday Return Policy, allowing returns for store credit until January 9, 2026 with proof of purchase.

Return Policy
Paxton's accepts returns for exchange or store credit only within 5 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

In-store purchases must be returned in person to our boutique.

Online orders must be mailed back at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift cards
All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.

Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and verified within the 5-day return window.

Paxton's reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined criteria. Items returned outside the policy may be sent back to the customer at their expense without credit issued.
